   • 7+ days before departure: 100% refund
   • 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund
   • 1–2 days before departure: No refund
   • No refund for no-show or unused services
   • Rescheduling is subject to availability
3. Weather & Itinerary Changes
   • The itinerary may change due to weather, sea conditions, or regulations from Komodo National Park authorities.
   • Safety is the top priority; decisions made by the captain or guide are final during the tour.
4. Health & Safety

   • Guests must follow all instructions from the guide and crew.
   • Snorkeling equipment must be used responsibly.

7. Park Entrance Fees

   Entrance fees for Komodo National Park depend on nationality and are not included unless specifically requested.
